Is tracking available for my order?

For US orders: 

All orders are sent with tracking through USPS via 3rd-party carrier. 

For Canada orders:

You have the option to select tracking during checkout. If you do not purchase tracking, your order will be sent as regular mail via Canada Post. By purchasing without tracking, you acknowledge that we cannot be held responsible for orders that are lost in transit.

For all other countries:

All orders are sent through Canada Post untracked. Message us and we can let you know if we can upgrade the shipping to include tracking (varies by country)


What if I haven't received my order within the estimated time?

We recommend waiting a few extra days if the items are being shipped outside Canada, since processing times can take a little longer at customs. For all countries other than US, please note that if the package has been lost in the mail, we cannot recover it since it is sent through regular mail. We are not held responsible for lost packages. If you prefer to track your order, please see the shipping upgrades at checkout. Please message us if you have not received your order and we will try to work something out with you. 


Can I cancel my order?

We do not accept order cancellations. 

 

Do you have any coupon codes?

All active coupons and promo codes are listed on our Instagram. Follow us @theprettypinkco for more updates!

 

Can I return or exchange items?

Due to the nature of our products, they cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us.

 

I forgot to apply the sale code, what can I do?

Sale codes cannot be applied retroactively. Please make sure to enter it prior to placing an order.

  

Can I change the shipping address?

Shipping address cannot be changed after an order has been placed. Please make sure to enter the correct shipping address prior to placing the order
